Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Social Sprint Media, we aim to keep all our services flexible and transparent. This policy applies to both of our subscription-based services — Sprint Media (social media design) and Sprint AI (AI receptionist and booking assistant).

Cancellations

All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no contracts, commitments, or leaving fees. Cancellations can be made by contacting us directly, or through your account, under "My Subscriptions".

Refunds

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no service has been delivered or used.
If service work has already started (for example, design work or AI setup), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase.

The free trial for Sprint Media (2 custom posts) is completely free and not eligible for refunds; only paid subscriptions after the trial follow standard refund rules.


Personalised Sprint AI demos provided via online calls are free and customised for you, but not considered a paid service and are not eligible for refunds.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Completed design orders or campaigns.
     

  • AI receptionist services that have already been activated.
     

  • Custom or one-off service requests outside the subscription plan.
     

We reserve the right to review each refund request individually to ensure fairness and consistency.
